Terms of Service

Last updated 1 June 2026

These terms cover your use of Smsy, made by Smsy Media GmbH. By signing up or sending texts, you’re agreeing to them. We’ve kept them human.

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your login safe. You’re responsible for what happens on your account and for anyone you invite to your team.

Play nice

Only text people who’ve opted in, always honor opt-outs, and follow the law and carrier rules. No spam, no misleading or prohibited content. We may pause accounts that put delivery or other customers at risk.

Your stuff

You own your contacts and messages. You give us the limited permission we need to deliver them and run the app. You’re responsible for having consent for your lists.

Plans and billing

Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically. Text bundles reset each month; overage is billed at your plan’s rate. Fees aren’t refundable except where the law says so. Cancel anytime - it takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Uptime

We work hard to keep Smsy running, but we can’t promise it’s never down, and message delivery ultimately depends on the carriers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous three months.

Ending things

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account ends, we delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll post the new version here. Carrying on using Smsy means you accept them.
